Generally, before our orders are sent out, we will conduct two packaging inspections:
1. Test the correctness of the product and determine the product and color number;
2. Detection of three important information on the product: production ingredients, production date, and expiry date.

During the second inspection, Cold N Wild's products lacked an expiration date and were all returned to the factory.

After the problem is resolved, they will be sold online again.

All orders will be refunded first.
