We posted this makeup look last week and one follower on Instagram asked us to post the tutorial for this makeup look, and today, we delivered on our promise.
Without further ado, let's get straight to the point. For eyeshadow, we used Girlcult chamleon eyeshadow palette #45 Mermaid Crying Tears. Step 1 Use brown-red to paint the eye sockets, and use a small machete eye shadow brush to draw the border lines cleanly.
Step 2 Use this beautiful blue matte to cover the upper eyelids. Very pigmented, super coverage, highly saturated color, very eye-catching.
Step 3 Use brown-red again to deepen the back half of the eye and connect it to the front eye socket.
Step 4 Use your fingers to touch the blue sequins in the center of the eyelids.
Step 5 Use a slightly harder brush, spray makeup setting spray, and apply laser eye shadow to cut off.
Step 6: Draw an upward eyeliner.
Step 7: Apply false eyelashes. After applying them, clamp them again to make them curl.
Step 8 Put on blue contact lenses. Well Done. There is another key point in the whole makeup, and that is the lip makeup, dark brown lip glaze + chameleon pink in the eye shadow palette.

For the blue decorative pattern on the face, just use a wet brush dipped in blue eyeshadow to outline it.
